This 3hr course is hands on. You will learn stringless techniques,1 balloon sculpture, styling balloon garlands, balloon wall, installs, tips and tricks that can be used for balloon decor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must know how to inflate and tie balloons together
Must provide your own balloon blower
